"In my opinion, first of all, the deputies should feel personal responsibility, understand the purpose of their work, and remember that they represent the interests of citizens, their voters. Therefore, it is important in the work of the deputies to rely on the opinion of residents, to be in constant contact with them, to visit districts where they live and to study the situation and burning issues personally, to be able to listen and hear people," the interlocutor explained.

Victor Kuvaytsev expressed the opinion that the activity of those deputies who had a certain life and professional experience would be the most productive.

"This makes it possible to build work more effectively and find a way out of a difficult situation of citizens," he said.

According to the head of the Penza administration, the intention to work constructively with the executive authority is also of great importance.
