Penza, 8 September 2019. PenzaNews. More than 1 million residents of Penza region have the legal right to take part in the elections of deputies of different levels, which are held on the single voting day, September 8.

As a representative of the electoral commission of the region told PenzaNews, the lists included 1,033,559 people.

According to him, the above number included 155,247 young voters.

"They are citizens aged 18 to 30," the source of the agency said.

He also added that 11,127 people had been granted the right to vote for the first time in their lives on the occasion of reaching their majority.
