United Russia gains almost 37% of the vote in Duma elections, while CPRF wins almost 30%

Penza, 9 September 2019. PenzaNews. The United Russia party won 36.91% of the vote in the elections to the Penza City Duma of the 7th convocation in a single district after processing more than 95% of the protocols of precinct election commissions, while CPRF won 29.99% of the votes.

According to the data received by PenzaNews in real time from the regional election commission, 11.66% of votes were cast for LDPR, 6.49% for A Just Russia, and 5.16% for the Russian Party of Pensioners for Social Justice.
Another four parties share a little less than 6%. The Greens got 2.40%, the Party for Justice – 1.68%, Patriots of Russia – 0.95%, Rodina – 0.91%.
In 9 of the 25 single-mandate constituencies, CPRF candidates won, one of the winners was a self-nominated candidate, and the others were representatives of United Russia.
