Vladimir Mutovkin nominated as United Russia's candidate for post of Penza head

Penza, 13 September 2019. PenzaNews. Vladimir Mutovkin was nominated as a candidate for the post of the mayor of Penza by United Russia delegates of the second stage of the 28th conference of the party’s regional office, which took place in the Centre of Culture and Leisure on Friday, September 13.

The corresponding decision was made by secret ballot.
Vladimir Mutovkin, who was temporarily unemployed, received 168 votes in his support. Boris Panin, the second candidate, General Director of LLC Partner, was voted for by 20 people.
According to Natalia Shaldaeva, the chairman of the counting commission, a total of 250 ballots were produced, 190 were distributed among the voters. All of the ballots were found in the ballot boxes, two of them were declared invalid.
It is expected that the minutes of the conference will be sent to the Presidium of the General Council of United Russia for approval in accordance with the procedure established by the party's charter.
