Penza, 27 September 2019. PenzaNews. In the course of the second session, deputies of the Penza City Duma of the 7th convocation appointed a competition for the position of the head of the city administration on October 21.

According to the head of Penza, Vladimir Mutovkin, the documents to be submitted to the competition committee will be accepted from candidates on working days from October 2 to 16.

The session also decided to appoint seven of the 14 members of the competition committee. It was composed of deputies Vladimir Mutovkin, Ivan Krasnov, Zhigansha Tuktarov, Pyotr Chugai, Oleg Shalyapin, Alexei Shuvarin, and Natalia Ipatova, head of the Municipal Service and Human Resources Department of the Penza administration.

In accordance with the regulations on the procedure and terms of the competition for the position of the head of the Penza administration, seven more members of the commission should be appointed by governor Ivan Belozertsev.

The chairman of the commission is the mayor of the city. The deputy chairman and the secretary will be elected from among the members of the commission at its first meeting.

Information on the terms and conditions of the competition, date, time and place of its holding, as well as the draft contract with the mayor will be published in municipal newspaper The Penza on October 1.
