Penza, 25 December 2019. PenzaNews. Governor of Penza region Ivan Belozertsev, whose term of office expires in September 2020, answered the question of whether he plans to serve a second term.

"It's not up to me. It depends on the residents of Penza region, on the assessment of Penza region residents and the Russian President," he said at a press conference in the regional government on Wednesday, December 25.

Ivan Belozertsev added that his task is to work in good faith in the interests of the people.

"I did it and I will do it," he stressed.
