Penza, 16 January 2020. PenzaNews. Governor of Penza region Ivan Belozertsev demanded from the heads of regional ministries to read daily comments, which Internet users leave under his posts on Instagram, and to respond to them within the limits of their authority.

"Ministers, I will ask you that for all requests sent to me... Check Instagram and read comments every day. You should dive into this work and enter into discussions," Ivan Belozertsev said at a meeting held in the regional government on Thursday, January 16.

He urged the officials to ask people clarifying questions if necessary in order to understand each specific situation.

"Give instructions to make sure your colleagues from city districts have understanding of the issues," the governor added.
