"Today we've had an opportunity to walk around the centre of Penza: from the beginning of Moskovskaya Street to the Spassky Cathedral, where the monument to Peter and Fevronia of Murom was erected. There was a trial launch of the fountain on the square at that moment. For the time being it is modest, without illumination and not in full force," he wrote last Wednesday, July 1.

The head of the region accompanied his publication with a short video. It shows Ivan Belozertsev walking down Moskovskaya Street without a mask, and not observing the social distance when communicating with other people, which is one of the measures to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus infection COVID-19.
