“What is going on on the Internet... A lot of ‘interesting’ things are being written there,” he said at the 22nd regular session on Friday, April 30.

Vladimir Mutovkin added that he was ready to respond to publications about himself in cases where the authors are known and write under their names.

“There might be those writing unfounded messages on Telegram anonymously, hiding behind the obscurity of the app. It is clear that such messages require response but only in case when they are well-grounded. However, I don’t consider it necessary to react to every kind of such a call,” the head of the city said.
