Penza, 12 July 2021. PenzaNews. The Ministry of Digital Development, Transport and Communications of Penza region will be established as part of the reform of the region’s executive authorities. This was announced by acting governor Oleg Melnichenko.

“We are merging the Department of Transport of Penza region and the Department of Digital Development, Information Technology and Communications,” he said at an action meeting at the regional government on Monday, July 12.

“Accordingly, the Ministry of Digital Development, Transport and Communications of Penza region is going to emerge,” added Oleg Melnichenko.
