Penza, 26 November 2021. PenzaNews. Alexander Basenko, head of the Penza administration, announced his intention to establish the names of the officials as a result of whose actions the city hall failed to defend its position in the courts and now has to pay money under the writs of execution.

“Proceedings were scheduled on all writs of execution, under which the city administration will pay money by the decision of the court. We are going to investigate each case: these are the housing and utilities department and other institutions. We are already working on it and I think that in the near future we will provide the City Duma deputies with specific information whose faults caused the damage and what has to be done to prevent it from happening again,” the mayor said at the 31st regular session of the Penza City Duma on Friday, November 26.

Alexander Basenko noted that the relevant work required some time.

"It is an ongoing process that requires action, but these measures take time,” stated the head of the Penza administration.
