Penza, 11 December 2015. PenzaNews. The correlation between a person’s health and the sinful lifestyle they lead became one of the main points of discussion during the gathering of the Orthodox Christian Doctors Society held in the conference hall of the Penza diocesan administration.

The event featured 10 doctors from regional hospitals and the oncology treatment center, as well as psychologists from Penza kindergartens.

During the gathering, Anatoly Zagrebaev, psychiatrist, held several training sessions for his colleagues: he explained the doctors how to assist the patients willing to turn to God, thus helping with both physical and spiritual healing of the patient.

The next meeting of the Orthodox Christian Doctors Society is scheduled to take place after January 20, says the press service of the Penza diocese.
