Penza, 21 August 2016. PenzaNews. Orthodox believers take part in the procession with the icon and the relics of St. Innocent of Penza in the period from September 3 to November 31.

It will be made with the blessing of Metropolitan Seraphim of Penza and Nizhnelomovsk.
In celebration of the 1000th anniversary of Russian monasticism on Athos, the procession will be accompanied by a photo exhibition.
As the press service of the Penza diocese told PenzaNews, the procession route will pass through Kuznetsk, Sosnovoborsk, Nikolsk, Lunino, Issa, Mokshan, Nizhny Lomov, Narovchat, Spassk, Vadinsk, Zemetchino, Bashmakovo, Pachelma, Kamenka, Belinsky, Tamala , Bekovo, Serdobsk, Kolyshley, Kondol, Malaya Serdoba, Lopatino, Shemysheyka, Gorodishche, Russkiy Kameshkir, Neverkino, Bessonovka, Zarechny and Penza.
