On October 11, at the governor's house, there will be a round table devoted to the problems of preserving the historical memory of the new martyrs, victims of the civil war and mass repression. The main topic of the public discussion is the issue of creating new martyrs monument in the framework of inter-regional integrative project, dedicated to the 100 th anniversary of the tragic events of the civil war in Russia, the press service of the Penza diocese informs.
