Penza, 2 October 2017. PenzaNews. Heat supply to all residential houses and socially important facilities in the territory of the Penza region must start before October 10. Such order was given by the governor Ivan Belozertsev.

"By October 10, heating must be turned on everywhere – in all towns and areas of the Penza region, in all houses. Now we need to take into account the most problematic facilities, where repair of the heating system is finishing, it is necessary to register them," the head of the region said at an action meeting in the regional government on Monday, October 2.

As it was reported by the head of the Penza region Communal Affairs and Civil Security Department Mikhail Panyukhin, four sites were of the greatest concern in Penza.

"In Chkalova street the repairs will have been finished by October 5, in Tolstogo and Voroshilova streets – by October 3, in Stavskogo and Pushkina streets – by October 6, in Prospekt Stroiteley street – near 'Mogilevsky dvorik' – the repairs will be finished today," he specified.

The head of the department noted that for cost reasons many utility companies did not switch on heating even though the heat-transfer agent had already been delivered to the houses.

"The issue related to Penza is under control. I think we will finish everything on time. We must do so," Mikhail Panyukhin said.

According to him, the issues related to the Serdobsk area, Zasechny and Kondol, as well as Zolotarevka village remained undecided. The works there were planned to be finished by Tuesday, October 3.
