Penza, 29 October 2017. PenzaNews. Heating is received in the new cathedral mosque that is being constructed in Prospekt Pobedy street in Penza.

As it was reported on the website of the charity foundation for development of Tatar cultural heritage “Siyanie”, the heating comes from a mosque's own boiler room.
