Penza governor remains unsatisfied with exterior light of Spassky cathedral

Penza, 14 November 2017. PenzaNews. As a result of a visit to the construction site, the governor Ivan Belozertsev remained unsatisfied with organization of architectural illumination of the Spassky cathedral that is constructed in Penza.

"The lighting must be well-planned. The cathedral must be seen from all sides," the head of the region said.
Ivan Belozertsev noted that when equipping the adjacent territory with modern amenities it is necessary to leave parking space for cars of church members.
According to the governor, during winter it is necessary to create conditions for interior trim – to provide a comfortable temperature, to place additional forced air heaters, to install lighting.
He ordered that Penza experts should be involved in interior decoration and mural painting.
"We have such experts. What it more, they are our fellow citizens, and they will treat the regional cathedral in a special way," the press service of the Penza region government quotes Ivan Belozertsev.
