Penza, 13 June 2019. PenzaNews. Access to the Sobornaya square, which could be visited by everyone the day before during celebration of the 220th anniversary of the Penza diocese and 235th anniversary of bishop Innokenty of Penza, is closed again.

A banner on a bell tower and plastic chairs, which were used during open-air celebration of Russia Day and City Day, still remind of the festive events held in the framework of the annual festival of Orthodox culture Spassky Evenings.

Repair works were resumed at the site.
