"I think such an event would be of interest to Penza residents. The audience will come not just to watch the concert programme, but to take part in the construction of the temple," he said during a working meeting at the regional government on Monday, February 10.

According to Ivan Belozertsev, it is possible to think over an unusual design of the tickets so that visitors of the event want to keep them as holiday cards.

"It is necessary to have a short and clear text reminding about contribution to the restoration of historical justice, assistance in the revival of the main temple of Penza land. We can offer tickets to the charity concert to heads of enterprises to reward the most distinguished employees," the press service of the regional government quotes the governor.
