These eternal spiritual values support the striving for unity and mutual understanding between peoples, serve as a reliable bond for maintaining civil peace and social harmony, as a foundation for bringing up a worthy younger generation, strengthening the might and glory of our great Motherland,” the regional head noted.

Ivan Belozertsev wished the residents of Penza region good health, family welfare, peace, prosperity and success in their righteous work for the benefit of the Motherland.
