The President of the Foreign Students Association in Russia Gabriel Anicet Kotchofa had a meeting with the administration of the Penza State University, the students and the representatives of the Youth Association of the Penza region. During the meeting there were discussed the perspectives of the creation of a local branch of the Association in the region.

According to the Student Union of the Penza State University, at present the national organization unite about 165ths foreigners from 162 countries.

Moreover, during his visit in Penza, Gabriel Anicet Kotchofa discussed with the students the problems of the foreigners in Russia.

It was reported by the university sources that the creation of the branch is planned on the basis of the Student Union of the Penza State University.
