Penza, 1 June 2011. PenzaNews. The solemn ceremony of opening of the new kindergarten placed in the residential city district Ternovka in Penza on Wednesday, June, 1. The building process on an individual project of the three-storyed pre-school educational institution begun in 2009. It is designed for 300 children who are 1,5–7 years old.

According to the press service of the Penza Administration, there would be provided the kindergarten rooms and the isolated bedrooms for each group.

The press service said: "Specialized rooms for conducting lessons with children are available and equipped, such as musical, sports and gymnastic halls, a swimming pool, a computer class, a fine art studio. There are also household rooms for the personnel. The food production area is equipped with the modern techniques which allows to cook food of the high quality for the pre-school children".
