The Head of the region underlined that first of all social apartments would be given only to guest specialists, which would be required for the region most of all.

During the videoconference in the regional Government on Thursday, June, 2 Vasily Bochkarev said: "We are talking about inter-district hospitals in Kamenka, Kuznetsk and Nizhny Lomov. It is necessary to count the required number of doctors for the Penza region and to give them the two-room apartments".

The Minister of Health and Social Development of the Penza region Vladimir Strjuchkov informed the participants of the meeting that there was a shortage of 617 medical specialists in the medical institutions.

The Minister said: "The Staffing level of doctors today is 64, 5 %; the nursing level of the staffing is 80 %. There are cardiologists, infection disease doctors, anesthesiologists, resuscitators and other specialists required".
