Penza, 7 June 2011. PenzaNews. The descendant of one of the Penza governors Herman Lilienfeld-Toal will held lectures about public health services in the advisory-diagnostic center of Penza. According to the press-service of the regional government, the visitor had arrived to the Penza region on Tuesday, June, 7th.

The press-service said: "It is expected that the descendant of the governor will get acquainted with the expositions of the Penza Regional Art Gallery named after K.A. Savitsky, the Penza State Historical Museum, he will also visit the center of theatrical art "The House of Mejerhold" and also will meet the governor Vasily Bochkarev".

Anatoly Lilienfeld-Toal (10.25.1865 (St.-Petersburg) — 11.1931 (Kiel, Germany) — the statesman, the valid councilor of the state, the chamberlain of the Court Yard of His Imperial Majesty, the nineteenth governor of Penza.

He completed the course of the Aleksandrovsky lyceum, served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs as the official of special commissions at the governor of Petersburg, and then the governor of his office. He was the vice-governor in the Arkhangelsk and Petersburg provinces. In November 1910 he became the governor of Penza and governed the province till the middle of 1914.
