Penza, 9 June 2011. PenzaNews. The Plenipotentiary of the Russian President in the Volga region Grigory Rapota presented a medal "For Saving a Live" to the student of the college №12 of Penza Alexandra Buzyreva on last Wednesday, June, 8th. Earlier the news agency "PenzaNews" informed, that the girl in summer of 2010 had rescued the sinking 29-year-old man on the lake Mohovoe in the wood in Nikolsky area.

During the rewarding solemn ceremony Grigory Rapota said: "People of the strong spirit are awarded by this medal. It is pleasant that more and more often such heroic acts are made by the youth".

According to the Head of the press-service of the Main Federal Inspector of the Penza region Olga Kolesnikova, there would be 30 people in the Volga region who had such awards.
