Penza, 10 June 2011. PenzaNews. The Penza State University and the University of the State of Tennessee which is one of the leading state high schools of the USA in innovative methods of introduction of the educational, research and administrative programs will exchange students.

According to the press attaché of the Foreign Students’ Union of the Penza State University Julia Kozinskaya, the agreement of the exchange was made during the visit of the Head of the Russian language department of university named after Stephen Blackwell, the lawyer Rhone Lidbeter and the director of the Organization of twin-cities Alan Barra the Penza region.

According to Stephen Blackwell, more than 100 persons studied Russian at the Tennessee University, 40 of them would be masters. One of the students of the Russian language department — Rendel Gilliam will practice at the Penza State University for a month.
