Penza, 14 June 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev charged to develop the bill which would allow mothers bringing up children without the spouse to get rental subsidies. The Head of the region announced such sentence during the weekly briefing of the government of the Penza region on Tuesday, June, 14th.

According to the press-service of the Regional Government, in accordance with the governor's initiative single mothers who were bringing up one child would get 50% of cost of rent from the local budget.

The press-service said: "Women who have two children will get 70% of the rent, women with three and more children will get 100% of the rent ".
