Penza, 17 June 2011. PenzaNews. The resident of the Vadinsky district of the Penza region was deprived of parental rights against four children. Besides, according to the district court’s decision, the alimony for children was taken as a half of her earnings or other income.

The Senior Assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region Tatyana Ostrovskaya said: "The woman evaded the parental responsibilities, she wasn't involved into the upbringing and education of children, and she was called to administrative account repeatedly, and served her sentence at the places of deprivation of freedom".

She added that the defendant didn't care about children's health, physical, mental, spiritual development, didn't give the proper attention care to them and, didn't provide them with finance.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya said: "In alcohol intoxication she posed a hazard for life and health of the minor children. Taking this fact into consideration, the court made the decision to deprive the woman of the parental rights".
