Penza, 27 June 2011. PenzaNews. The citizen doing military service in the city Jurga of the Kemerovo region was interrogated by means of a video conferencing in the department of the Federal Agency of court enforcement officers in the Penza region. The judge had an opportunity to ask questions to the victim without its delivery to Penza.

The press-service of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region said: "Such method will allow to save further considerably budgetary funds, and also improve the overall performance of the court enforcement officers whose are to deliver the participants of the judicial process to the court and provide the established order of the work of the courts".
