Penza, 1 July 2011. PenzaNews. According to specialist in public relations of LLC "Gorvodokanal" Michael Tolubanov, the residents of Penza living in municipal apartment houses can watch the general expense of water in a building in the Internet.

As he said, the publication of data in the Internet would allow the residents of Penza, which didn’t establish the water counters in an apartment, to be assured that they didn’t pay extra.

The expert of "Govodokanal" said: "Overall objectives of installation of counters on the central thermal points are operative tracing of the emergency leaks of water, unapproved inserts in waterpipes and control the use of resources on a whole".

Michael Tolubanov underlined that the devices of the account of water which would be established on, including scale switching-off of water supply within the next few days, would fix only municipal habitation data.

He said: "Cooperative houses and Homeowners Associations aren't included into the given program".

He added that the date of the Internet publication wasn't defined yet.
