According to the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Penza region, 490 leisure facilities and health of children, among which 450 day-stay camps, where they spend leisure time more than 25 thousand students began its work in the Penza region in the summer of 2011.

In addition, there are 8 tent camps, 2 work and rest camps and 2 children's health camp of sanatorium type.
