Penza, 12 July 2011. PenzaNews. The author's program of the sports-focused physical training "Fitness at school. Aerobics for girls of 10-11 grade", developed by Galina Kuramshina, the teacher of physical training of lycée of information systems and technologies № 73 of Penza is recommended for realization at Russian schools.

This suggestion is written down as the decision of session of the advisory council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on perfection of system of physical training in the educational institutions which took place in Moscow.

As the news agency "PenzaNews" informed earlier, the program of Penza teacher increases the educational level of girls in the field of physical training and helps to develop moving abilities and promotes healthy way of life.
