The memorable action in memory of the lost passengers of "Bulgariya" took place in Penza

Penza, 13 July 2011. PenzaNews. About 200 residents of Penza took part in the memorable action in memory of the lost passengers of the tourist ship "Bulgariya" which had sunk in Tatarstan during the cruise on the Volga.

The participants of the action which took place near the monument "Rostok" on Tuesday, July, 12th, hold a moment of silence in memory of victims of the tragedy and let more than 100 self-made paper ships with burning candles sail in the Sura.
The organizer of the action, the representative of federal agency of affairs of youth of the Russian Federation in the Penza region Igor Lebedev said: "Our world is so that it is impossible to be positive every day. Today we honor the memory of victims of the awful tragedy — the ship "Bulgariya" wrecked — and we grieve together with the families of victims".
According to the latest official data, the bodies of 100 persons are lifted from the sunken ship "Bulgariya". The relatives identified 88 victims. There were 208 persons on the board, 79 passengers managed to escape. The destiny of 29 persons is still unknown.
