Penza, 14 July 2011. PenzaNews. The building process of the nursery for homeless dogs is finishing now in Kamenka in the Penza region. The open-air cage width of 7 meters and length of 12 meters for 30 animals, is located near the polygon of firm household waste.

The premise is divided into cages with floor covering. Within the next few days it is planned to buy slate to cover the roof. The adjoining territory of an open-air cage is fenced by grid.

According to "Kamenskaya Nov", two air rifles and bullets with lulling substance were bought for the nursery.

Three persons will work in the shelter for homeless animals: a cynologist, a worker and a driver-hunter.

Money for feeding and sterilization of the animals will be allocated from the budget.
