From the beginning of year more than 14.5 thousand cases of abuse of human rights were revealed in the Penza region

Penza, 15 July 2011. PenzaNews. The offices of Public Prosecutor Office of the Penza region revealed 14586 cases of abuse of human rights and freedom of the person for the first half of 2011.

According to Tatyana Ostrovsky, the senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region, 3 275 protests on illegal legal acts appeared for 6 months of the current year.

"There were 4 169 adduction. In 60 % of cases officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility. 1720 persons were brought to administrative responsibility, 101 were warned about inadmissibility of infringements of laws".

According to preliminary data, the Office of Public Prosecutor has revealed 26 367 infringements for 6 months 2011.
