According to the newspaper "Gorodishchensky vestnik" the project on carrying out of remote consultations was initiated by the director of the multipurpose centre of granting of the state and municipal services of Gorodishchensky area Liliya Zharikova. She personally checked up the quality of the adjusted channel of visual communication in each settlement.
