Penza, 19 July 2011. PenzaNews. Penzadistrict court considered two civil cases under the claim of orphans to administration of working settlement Zolotarevka about compulsion to premises granting.

The representative of the press-service of court said: "Two claimants appealed to the court with statements, having specified that they are orphans as their mother died, and father was deprived parental rights. Since June, 1998 they live in apartment of the trustee and since May, 30th, 2011 they are on the account in administration of working settlement Zolotarevka as needing premises. However the administration of settlement did not provided with habitation".

He explained that according to item 57 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation claimants have the right to extraordinary granting of premises under the contract of social hiring by a total area not less than 30 sq. meters.

The representative of the press-service of court said: "The court satisfied the claim requirements and obliged administration of working settlement Zolotarevka to give the arranged well premises to orphans".
