Penza, 27 July 2011. PenzaNews. Multilevel parking lot for 398 cars is planned to erect in the center of Penza near Kuraeva and Volodarskogo streets. "The given territory is one and the most loaded by motor transport. It is almost impossible to pass there in rush hours. The given project was discussed for a long time and the developed concept will be presented for discussion at public hearings". Lyudmila Kipurova, the first deputy of the head of administration of Penza said during the session of round table concerning transport infrastructure on Wednesday, July, 27th.
