The governor criticized the officials for absence of transport city scheme of Penza

Penza, 27 July 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev criticized the officials of administration of Penza in connection with prolonged terms of working out of transport city scheme. The head of region addressing to the first deputy of the head of administration of Penza Lyudmila Kipurova during the session of round table concerning the development of transport infrastructure on Wednesday, on July, 27th said: "The commission to work out the transport scheme was given in November last year, however nothing is done even now, funds for this purpose are not provided in the budget".

During the session the governor showed some slides with variants of placing parking lots in the city.
Vasily Bochkarev offered: "The head of administration Roman Chernov often goes abroad, and we have more cars, than Berlin. Take pictures and introduce the European experience of the organization of parking lots in Penza".
According to the governor, a scientific approach should be on the first place in solving problems of traffic organization.
The head of region said: "To achieve the result, it is necessary to approach to the decision of the given problem professionally. It is necessary create a new post of the assistant of the head which will supervise directly questions of the organization of traffic in administration of Penza, having separated the given branch from housing and communal services sphere".
