Penza, 2 August 2011. PenzaNews. 77 infringements of the anticorruption legislation were revealed by Office of Public Prosecutor of Mokshansky area of the Penza region in the first 2011. 16 protests of illegal standard legal certificates were brought, 32 orders of elimination of infringements of the legislation of municipal service and corruption counteraction were brought, 48 officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya the senior assistant to the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: "So, during the check of data of incomes, property and property obligations submitted by municipal employees of Mokshansky area, including area administration, it was revealed that some municipal employees had not informed about presence any real estate in their property. Data about premises in which they live, also had not been pointed out".

She noticed that the employees did not specify about available vehicles, shares, negotiable papersecurities and money on spouses' accounts in banks.
