Penza, 3 August 2011. PenzaNews. Deputies of Legislative Assembly of the Penza region intend to make changes in the regional laws regulating an order of preparation and elections and referenda for simplification of the voting process of the blind and visually impaired.

Marina Timohina the head of the press-service of regional parliament said: "It is supposed tomanufacture special stencils for independent filling of the bulletin with relief-dot font of Braille for visually impaired voters and participants of the referenda".

She said that innovations consider the peculiarities of voters who are restrained in possibilities of mastering the information necessary for participation in elective process.
