Penza, 5 August 2011. PenzaNews. The Office of Public Prosecutor of Zarechny of the Penza region inspected observance of the law on building sites and gross infringements of safety rules of work were revealed.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya, the senior assistant of the public prosecutor of the Penza region said: "Building of two apartment houses №9 and 10 by request of MU "Capital construction Department" is carried out by MT "РSК". According to existing state standards workplaces and passageway between them, located over lappings, coverings at height more than 1,3 m and at distance of less than 2 m from difference border on height should be protected by protective or safety protections, and at distance of more than 2 m should be protected by warning protections. In infringement of the specified requirements at building of the house №10 the second floor doesn't have perimeter fence, the ladder between 2nd and 3rd floor is not equipped with hand-rail and other devices".

As she said, other infringements of standards were also revealed which may have negative consequences.

She also said: "An order to bring to disciplinary responsibility was given according to the results of check of MT "РSК".
