Penza, 8 August 2011. PenzaNews. Tamalinsky district court arrested the real estate belonging to Tamalinsky area of the Penza region of the former camp "Slavneft" nowadays a summer recreation camp for schoolboys "Mega", which was bought as municipal property in March, 2011. According to the head of administration of area Sergey Morgunov, the court satisfied the statement of Moscow businessman Victor Baturin about assuming measures because he considered that the auctions had been illegal.

Sergey Morgunov said: "The given decision means nothing. Now the recreation camp works, my children also have a rest there. Opening of the second term started yesterday".

Now Victor Baturin owns 6.5 thousand hectares of the in Tamalinsky area.

Well-known Russian businessman Victor Baturin declared intention to invest money in reconstruction of the estate of princes Golitsyny — Zubrilovo in Tamalinsky area of the Penza region in autumn 2009. The object of cultural heritage of federal value — a palace and unique park of a 18th century was given to businessman on a hire basis.

In January, 2010 the ministry of the state property of the Penza region submitted the judicial claim concerning businessman Victor Baturin and demanded cancellation of the lease contract of Zubrilovsky estate, repayment of rent payments and fines for delay. According to regional Public Assets Ministry, the businessman owes 496 thousand rubles.

In March, 2011 administration of Tamalinsky area of the Penza region got the former camp "Slavneft'" which had been included into the list of the property belonging to Victor Baturin as the municipal property.

The camp represents 22 objects of real estate, total area of 5.8 thousand sq. meters in one of the most beautiful places of the Penza region, and is included in a complex of Golitsyny-Prozorovsky estate.
