Penza, 10 August 2011. PenzaNews. More than 132.3 thousand benefit recipients, veterans of war, invalids and the persons who suffered from radiating influence, received monthly monetary compensation for payment of housing and communal services for 7 months of 2011.

The press-service of Ministry of health and social development of the Penza region said: "Actual expenses on these purposes from the beginning of year have made 491.38 million rubles that is 99.57 million rubles more in comparison with the similar period of the last year".

Monthly average size of payment for one benefit recipient a year increased by 29 % and made 530.4 roubles.
