Penza, 10 August 2011. PenzaNews. Building of aquaparkwas started on the territory of the rest camp "Klenovaya Roscha" in Spassky area of the Penza region. It is expected that slides, pools with massage streams and other akva-equipment will be made in the construction in the form of submarine. The prospective volume of investments will be about 30 million rubles.

According to the chief manager of the rest camp "Klenovaya Roscha" Julia Eremina, building of the banquet room for 200 persons was also started.
Julia Eremina said: "Newly-married couples come there to celebrate wedding, corporate parties are held there, that's way we made a decision to construct new big banquet room near existing restaurant".
As she said, visitors also can receive a full complex of services for rest: placing in the rooms of the hotel, bath and sauna visiting, bathing in covered pool, riding bicycles, using rollers and catamarans and riding horses.
Julia Eremina said: "New Year's holidays are widely celebrated in "Klenovaya Roscha". Driving a sledge, ice-boats, the skates and snowmobiles are offered there in winter".
She added that a pearl of the resort is the cascade of ponds. There are places for bathing, water attractions and fishing.
The chief manager of the rest camp said: "Small fisher's houses are constructed specially for fans of fishing sturgeons, trouts, sazans, white cupids and carps were put in the pond. Fishing costs 500 rubles, for those who live in a hotel complex, and also for women and children fishing is free".
According to the department of investment development of the Penza region, more than 200 million rubles were invested in the development of this resort.
The source in the department said: "6 km of the asphalted roads were made, the garden by square of 7.5 hectares was planted, and the pond by square of 21 hectare was dug. All constructions in "Klenovaya Roscha", including the hotel complex in the form of the ship are made of wood. The camp of rest occupies 154 hectares of the ground of recreational appointment".
