Penza, 12 August 2011. PenzaNews. 2 billion roubles of the parent family capital have been transferred to the residents of the Penza region since 2009. The head of the department of the Pension fund of the Russian Federation in the region Victor Dolotov informed about it during the press conference which took place in the press center of news service "PenzaNews" on Friday, August, 12th.

Victor Dolotov said: "25 thousand applications for the state certificates of the parent capital were accepted since 2007, 96.4 % of them have already been given out. 6.3 thousand Certificates were realized".

He said that the most part of money — 1 billion 292 million rubles were spent by mothers for repayment of credits, 637 million roubles for improvement of living conditions, 1.2 million rubles for children's education.

Victor Dolotov said: "Transfer of the means of the parent family capital to the accumulative part of pension is the least popular, since 2009 only two persons decided to do it."

The head of the department of Pension fund said that now the size of the parent capital is 365 689.4 rubles.
