Kuznetsk, 17 August 2011. PenzaNews. Public hearings of the project of the General plan of the city took place in Kuznetsk of the Penza region. Basic drawing of the General plan where the municipal union border and also zones of existing and planned building are defined was presented in a small hall of the city administration.

The press-service of administration of Kuznetsk said: "There are no remarks and suggestions from the residents of the city now".
