Penza, 18 August 2011. PenzaNews. The resident of Zemetchinsky area of the Penza region got punishment in the form of administrative arrest according to the decision of the world judge for three days for non-payment of the penalty of 200 roubles.

According to Ksenia Pivovarova, the main expert of interaction with mass-media of the department of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers of Russia in the Penza region, the penalty should be paid not later than thirty days after the decision of imposing of the administrative penalty in validity.

She said: "Non-payment of administrative penalty at a stated time causes imposing new penalty of double size, but not less than 1 thousand roubles or administrative arrest for maximum fifteen days".

She said that the department of Federal Agency of court enforcement officers in the Penza region revealed 2821 administrative offense, 764 cases were initiated and 194 citizens were arrested, the penalty in the double size of the sum of the unpaid administrative penalty was imposed on 494 persons for 7 months of 2011.
