Penza, 19 August 2011. PenzaNews. Governor Vasily Bochkarev had a videoconference with heads of municipal unions and city districts of the Penza region where he asked to use credit resources more actively for solving problems of water supply in settlements.

Vasily Bochkarev said: "The problem with water supply still remains. In the region there is a considerable quantity of ownerless water conduits and nobody pay attention to them although this theme was discussed many times".

The head of the region suggested solving this problem together if  the heads of rural administrations aren't able to do it independently.

As the deputy chief of the department of housing and communal services of the Penza region Vladimir Sisin said, complaints arrive, as a rule, from those areas which practically don't participate in program actions, in particular Belinsky, Penzensky and Nizhnelomovsky areas.

Besides, during the videoconference Vasily Bochkarev charged to carry out monitoring of the standard of living in the areas and to define, what percent of the population gets wages below a living wage.
