Ceremony of opening of new building of Arbitration court took place in Penza

Penza, 23 August 2011. PenzaNews. Solemn ceremony of opening of new building of the Arbitration court erected in Penza since 2003 took place on Tuesday, August, 23rd. The six-storied building has about 10 thousand sq. meters of useful area, 19 halls of judicial sessions, and also all infrastructure hi-tech equipment necessary for qualitative work.

The assistant to the chairman of Arbitration court of the Penza region Alexander Chikunova said: "The building in which the court located earlier is very precious for us. However it had less space and only 2 halls of judicial sessions. Certainly, new building is much more functional, as recently staff of our judges was increased".
According to her, near about 40 judges work in Arbitration court now and 140 personnel.
The vice-president of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation Vladimir Isajchev underlined during the opening ceremony that the building constructed in Penza, satified modern requirements of realization of justice.
Vladimir Isajchev said: "It is a gift not only for judicial system, but also for the city. The building is constructed, first of all, for those who will come here for protection of the interests".
On behalf of the governor of the Penza region the first deputy of the chairman of the regional government Vyacheslav Satin thanked the representatives of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation for realization such a significant project in Penza.
